Perodua is part of ACE 2024, and the Malaysian market leader is having a ‘1-Day Challenge’ at the show. They’re saying that it’s possible to make a booking at ACE, and then get registration done on the spot. You’ll be able to drive home your new Perodua today itself. This has to be unprecedented as P2 is known for its waitlists.
I have a feeling that this is not applicable to all models, but the only way to find out is to come and see what’s on the drive-away list. If you’ve been considering one, this is the best time to take action because P2 has a RM1,000 cash rebate for the Axia in its ‘What’s Up Graduate?’ campaign, as well as a RM3,000 discount for the Aruz. Also, book at ACE and you’ll get a RM300 Perodua e-voucher.
There are also perks for existing owners. Among the offers are 15% discount on Perodua Genuine Oil and parts plus RM25 labour discount, special UFirst voucher redemption and great deals from its POV pre-owned division. I’ve redeemed a voucher for reduced UFirst points and you can do so too – RM5 P2, RM10 P2 and RM8 Tealive vouchers are available.
While there’s no new model at Perodua’s ACE 2024 booth, there’s a fresh-looking car, and it’s the Aruz in the new Elegant Black exterior colour. The new paint option was announced earlier this month and it gives the high-riding seven-seater a stealth look. Camping enthusiasts can also check out the Aruz X-Cape for ideas.
